What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Internal component faults
  • Battery or charging issues (not caused by misuse)
  • Volume/program button malfunctions

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by water, moisture, or sweat
  • Accidental damage, drops, or breakage
  • Issues due to unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Wear and tear (ear domes, tubes, wax guards, etc.)
  • Loss or theft

How to Request a Warranty Service

If your device isn’t working as expected and you believe it qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement:

  • 1. Contact us at support@claritytone.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photos or videos (if possible)
  • 2. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps, including return instructions if necessary.
  • 3. Once we receive your item, we’ll repair or replace it and return it to you.
